"Dew Drop" is a Flutterby, one of the smallest known Royal Guard Dragons. The Forest Fairies dubbed them Flutterbys because of the way they fly.  Fairies also point out the similarity of the Flutterby’s wings to those of a butterfly.

Flutterbys are shy by nature and spend most of their time deep in the forest with the Forest Fairies. In Spring, however, Flutterbys venture out of the forest just after sunrise and before sunset to gather flower nectar.  So the next time you think you see a butterfly fluttering by, look more closely.  Instead of a butterfly, it may be a Flutterby.
